Attics and lofts and crawlspaces are usually small so the best way to be able to access your attic or to get in and out of it without compromising a lot of space would be a pull down attic stairs. This works by simply pulling down the attic stairs when you need to go up and pull it back up when you no longer need it.
Alright, so I just had my stairs built by a cousin of mine who is supposed to be ‘a whiz’ with carpentry. Unfortunately, there were some hang ups. I didn’t want to make him feel bad or embarrass him, but honestly, I had to take the stairs down and learn the art of building stairs myself.
